NDIS support in Clyde North, ten minutes from our Cranbourne office.
Clyde North is new. Most of its streets did not exist ten years ago, and many of the people we support here are children in young families. Our Cranbourne head office is about ten minutes away along Berwick-Cranbourne Road.

Support that keeps pace with a suburb still being built
Clyde North grew from about 8,000 people at the 2016 census to nearly 32,000 in 2021, and the estates along Berwick-Cranbourne Road and Thompsons Road have kept filling since. The pattern for NDIS families is familiar: a child's developmental delay or autism diagnosis arrives alongside a new mortgage and a long commute, and the nearest therapist has a waitlist. Our early childhood intervention and behaviour support teams spend much of their week here.
It is not only children. Clyde North also has adults with physical and psychosocial disability who moved here for an affordable house, and older parents living with adult children. For them we provide personal care, community participation and support coordination from the same Cranbourne team, with Casey Hospital about fifteen minutes up Clyde Road.
We will be honest about the gaps. Clyde North has no train station, few disability services of its own and very little SIL or SDA stock yet. What we can do is bring workers to you, drive you to appointments, and build a team around the suburb rather than pretending it has everything.

Homes with real vacancies, not a vacancy sign
We do not have a home in Clyde North. Our Supported Independent Living homes are in Pakenham, currently full with a waitlist, and Traralgon, which has a room available, and our purpose-built Robust SDA home is in Morayfield, Queensland. Vacancies change, so our accommodation page shows the current status rather than a promise. For young adults ready to leave the family home, our coordinators help you look at what other providers are building nearby.

Which suburbs around Clyde North do you cover?
All of Clyde North and Clyde, plus Cranbourne East, Cranbourne North, Botanic Ridge, Berwick, Narre Warren South and Officer South, with Cranbourne itself ten minutes away. Our rosters are busiest along the Berwick-Cranbourne Road corridor. If you are in one of the newest estates towards Clyde, ask: we most likely already have workers nearby.
Can I get a support worker who speaks my language?
Often, yes. Our team supports people in 17 languages and Auslan, and Clyde North's young families come from many backgrounds, so language is one of the first things we ask about when matching. If the right worker is not available on a particular day, we tell you and arrange an interpreter rather than guessing.
Do you offer support coordination in Clyde North?
Yes. Our Level 2 and Level 3 coordinators work from the Cranbourne office, ten minutes away, and visit Clyde North families at home. They know which early childhood, speech and occupational therapists in Casey have capacity and how the local waitlists really work. Read more on our support coordination page.
How quickly can support start?
For in-home and community support, usually within one to two weeks of the first conversation, depending on how specific the match needs to be. Early childhood intervention and behaviour support start with an assessment, which sets their own timing. If a plan has just been approved, call and we will walk you through the first steps.
Do you have SIL vacancies in Clyde North right now?
No. There is very little supported accommodation in Clyde North yet, ours or anyone else's. Our own homes are in Pakenham, Traralgon and Morayfield, and their current status is on the accommodation page. Our coordinators can tell you honestly what is being built in Casey and Cardinia and help you visit homes run by other providers.
What does early childhood intervention look like for a Clyde North family?
A key worker gets to know your child at home and at kinder, works with you on goals that matter day to day, and coordinates any therapists involved so everyone pulls the same way. Sessions happen where your child already is. It is funded through the NDIS early childhood approach for children under nine. More on our early childhood intervention page.
There is no train in Clyde North. Can a worker drive me to appointments?
Yes. Most of our Clyde North workers drive, and transport to appointments, activities and the shops is part of support when your plan includes it. We also do travel training on the local buses for people who want to reach Cranbourne or Berwick stations on their own. Our coordinators help you check how travel is funded in your plan.
Can you support my child before and after school?
Yes, it is one of the most common requests here. Workers can do the morning routine and school run, meet your child at the gate, and cover the hours at home until you are back from work. We work with the school on handovers when you ask us to. Hours depend on your child's plan, which our coordinators help you read.
