NDIS support across the City of Casey, from our home base in Cranbourne.
Casey has more residents than any other council in Victoria, and Newdawn has been based inside it since 2019. Our Cranbourne head office puts a coordinator or support worker within about 20 minutes of most Casey suburbs.

One council, 400,000 people, one local team
The City of Casey had about 415,000 residents in mid 2025, more than any other council in Victoria, and it is still growing quickly. Clyde North and Clyde roughly tripled in population between the 2016 and 2021 censuses. That means new estates with few established services, and older suburbs where demand already runs ahead of the workers available. Newdawn's head office is in Cranbourne, close to the middle of it all.
We write a separate page for each place people search for: Clyde North and its new estates, Berwick around Casey Hospital, Narre Warren around Fountain Gate and Bunjil Place, and Hampton Park and Lyndhurst. We also support people in Endeavour Hills, Doveton, Hallam, Cranbourne East and West, Narre Warren South and Lynbrook. Over the boundary, see Pakenham, Officer and Beaconsfield, Dandenong, Frankston and Traralgon and Gippsland.
Across all of it we are one registered provider: personal care and community participation, support coordination and community nursing, complex mental health and forensic support, and supported accommodation. Casey is big enough that no provider covers every street well. We tell you where our rosters are strong and where they are thinner.

Homes with real vacancies, not a vacancy sign
We do not run a home inside the City of Casey. Our Supported Independent Living homes are in Pakenham, currently full with a waitlist, and Traralgon, which has a room available, and our purpose-built Robust SDA home is in Morayfield, Queensland. Vacancies change, so our accommodation page shows the current status rather than a promise. If none of ours fit, our coordinators help you compare homes from other providers across Casey.

Which suburbs in the City of Casey do you cover?
All of them, with different depth. Our rosters are strongest in Cranbourne and its surrounds, Clyde North, Clyde, Berwick, Narre Warren, Narre Warren South, Hampton Park, Lynbrook and Lyndhurst. We also roster into Endeavour Hills, Doveton, Hallam, Beaconsfield, Botanic Ridge, Pearcedale and the semi-rural edges around Harkaway. If you live somewhere we have not named, ask: the answer is usually yes.
Where in Casey is your office?
Our head office is in Cranbourne, Victoria 3977, a short walk from Cranbourne Park and the station. You can drop in during business hours, but a quick call first means the right person is there to meet you. Our Caboolture and West Perth offices and the full Cranbourne address are on our locations page.
Can I get a support worker who speaks my language?
Often, yes. Casey is one of the most culturally diverse councils in the country, and our team supports people in 17 languages and Auslan. Language and cultural fit are among the first things we ask about when matching. If the right worker is not available on a given day, we tell you plainly and arrange an interpreter rather than guessing.
Do you offer support coordination across Casey?
Yes. Our coordinators work from the Cranbourne office and deliver Level 2 and Level 3 (specialist) support coordination across the whole council. They know the Casey Hospital discharge planners, the Narre Warren partner office and the local therapy market, and you can meet them in person. Details are on our support coordination page.
How quickly can support start?
For in-home and community support, usually within one to two weeks of the first conversation, depending on how specific the match needs to be. Hospital discharge and urgent situations are quicker: we have started supports within days when a plan and a service agreement are ready. Nursing and behaviour support need a clinical assessment first.
Do you have SIL or SDA vacancies in Casey right now?
Not inside Casey. Our own homes are in Pakenham, Traralgon and Morayfield, and their current status is kept up to date on the accommodation page. For Casey itself, our coordinators know the SIL and SDA homes run by other providers and will help you visit and compare them without steering you towards ours.
Do you work with Casey Hospital on discharge?
Yes, regularly. When someone is ready to leave Casey Hospital but needs support at home, we work with the ward and discharge planners on a start date, the first roster and any nursing or equipment. We cannot speed up the hospital's own process, but we can be ready the day they are. More on our hospital discharge page.
Are you a registered NDIS provider, and does that matter?
Newdawn was founded in 2019 and is a registered NDIS provider. Registration matters most if your plan is NDIA-managed, because only registered providers can claim from it, and for supports like behaviour support and SIL that require it. If you are plan-managed or self-managed you can choose anyone. Either way, registration means audits, worker screening and a complaints process.
